Who are PJ and Alex the founders of this club?
Alexandre Villani, 34 years old (born in 1988), announces that he has a university degree in Sports Coach, that's where he met PJ. (Pierre Jean Cabrière), they are friends and associates since they left college. Each of them is the founder of the PBC!
When they left college, they went directly to work as sports coaches, they worked for many gyms, associations, professional sports clubs, hotels and even equestrian centers where they gave fitness classes, physical preparation etc...

They were at the time under the status of auto entrepreneurs because they already knew that they wanted to undertake and work for themselves rather than a boss...
They work a lot together as a subcontractor for a startup specialized in luxury coaching where they provided their services.

That's when they got the idea to think bigger and start a business together because that's what made them tick!
So they created an outdoor sports club, not having a penny to start their business, they decided to use the street furniture to do their exercises outside! They had no premises, no bills to pay, they simply used their knowledge as coaches to set up their traning.
They became successful quickly and expanded to Lyon, Roanne and Grenoble where they had a series of coaches who rotated.
That's how they got their start in entrepreneurship!
That's what made them want to do even more!
They quickly understood that creating and undertake was what animated them and made them passionate! They did not want to fit into the mold and formatting of the workforce. Indeed, our system and our educational system are made to listen and to execute. They really wanted to get out of this guideline imposed by our society!

The goal was to provide fun, home-based sports sessions for their club members.
When they saw that their YouTube channel was starting to explode, they decided to bet everything on it!
That's when they came up with the idea of selling online coachingIn 2012 and 2013, they were the only ones to do this!
They were the first to offer personalized online programs based on people's goals from questionnaires.
Then they decided to offer a big, comprehensive online coaching course, a real-time app-based physical transformation program.
They had German investors who pushed them to launch their APOLLON program, which was a hit!
They now have over a million subscribers on their Fitness YouTube channel (Body Time) and about 500,000 on their secondary channel which is more lifestyle, business and everything that makes them tick (Alex and PJ)!
