Knowing oneself or learning to know oneself is an essential process of personal development.
It is essential to tame one's emotions in order to improve oneself and become more efficient, but above all to apply good discipline in order to achieve one's goals of success. By success I mean not only financial success but above all being in accordance with one's own principles and achieving true happiness, because in truth that is the most important thing, isn't it?
Our goal is not to be the richest person in the cemetery and besides, wealth is something very subjective because we don't all have the same relationship with money. For some, being rich means driving a Lambo, having a Rolex etc... for others it will be simply not having to worry about what's left at the end of the month, being financially free, being able to travel whenever you want...
So we don't all have the same relationship with money, nor the same vision of success, and this is rooted and defined by our childhood and upbringing.
But to achieve goals that are, after all, different, personal development allows us to understand and reprogram ourselves.
Imagine if you could reprogram your brain to become a more effective person, free from the biases of your upbringing and limiting beliefs?
The goal is not to become narcissistic, self-centred and egotistical, but rather to make small changes in perception that will allow you to unlock the spaces in your brain that have been blocked by years of education that is not adapted to what you really want to achieve.
For more than 5 years now, I have spent at least 5 figures on various training courses every year, because on the one hand I love to learn and on the other hand it is for me a shortcut, albeit a profitable one, to acquire new skills.
I'm not going to lie to you, there's a lot to eat and drink and some of the training courses I've taken have gone straight into the bin. Having said that, I'm moderating my comments because even if I learn something, however small, from a training course, it is a good investment for me!
But it is precisely these experiences that I like to share on this blog because I sort a lot... When I tell you about a training course, a software or a service, you can be sure that it is validated by me.
Let's get back to our subject, personal development, an extremely vast subject and here are some of the trainings that have most captivated me and held my attention:
Dr Olivier Madelrieux
I have someOlivier Madelrieux in this dedicated article. I have a very positive opinion because I have learnt a lot through his different trainings and his experience is incredible!
I followed them all even if at the beginning I was only interested in the subject of financial abundance, I quickly realised that following all these courses had a certain coherence! I strongly recommend you to take a look at it!
